Full membership of Homes for Scotland is open to registered home builders and registered social landlords with rates determined by company/private sector activity turnover. Associate membership has three tiers: one for contractors/suppliers and larger scale financial institutions, one for professional firms and smaller scale financial institutions, and one for sole trader organisations.
