CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Homes for Scotland wishes to recruit a new Chief Executive. For this important role, we are seeking an individual with an outstanding record of leadership, management and experience to lead the Executive Team, deliver business strategy and meet the aims and objectives of our membership which collectively provides 95% of new build homes in Scotland as well as a significant proportion of affordable housing.
The Chief Executive will act in a high profile role as a public figurehead, leading engagement with industry organisations, politicians from all parties and Government departments at local, Scottish and UK levels to allow home builders to understand and deliver the needs of home buyers in Scotland.
The successful candidate must have the credibility and standing to be able to advise senior politicians and to influence a wide range of stakeholders. You will require to demonstrate strong inter-personal skills, sound judgement and the highest level of personal integrity. You will also be a consummate relationship builder with the authority and enthusiasm to lead Homes for Scotland.
